Terms & conditions for Holt Leisure Park’s Refer A Friend offer 2021

Definitions

HLP – Holt Leisure Parks and its marinas Kip, Craobh & Fairlie Quay

Existing Customer – a current berth holder at Kip Marina, Craobh Marina or Fairlie Quay Marina.

New Customer – a customer who is not a current berth holder at a HLP marina and has not been in the preceding 24 months.

Berthing – Annual or Summer berthing packages.

Refer a Friend Scheme 2021

Refer A friend is an incentive to reward Existing Customers for recommending Kip Marina and as an added incentive to New Customers to move their boat to Kip Marina.

The reward and incentives are defined as follows;

New Customer – 10% discount off Annual or Summer Berthing when recommended by an Existing Customer and paid in advance by the New Customer.

Existing Customer – receive a credit on their marina account equivalent to the 10% discount received by the New Customer they have recommended. This amount will be credited to the Existing Customer’s account when the New Customer’s berthing has been paid in advance. The credit can be used against berthing, marina services, chandlery or The Chartroom Restaurant

There are no limits to the number of New Customers an Existing Customer can introduce providing each New Customer meets the eligibility set out in the definitions and elsewhere within the Terms & Conditions and that the Existing Customers warrants that they have the permission of the New Customer to make any referral.

This offer cannot be taken in cash or in conjunction with any other offer from Holt Leisure.

This offer is subject to berth availability and HLP management’s absolute discretion and for the avoidance of doubt, HLP may at its sole discretion decline an application without explanation.

A Refer A Friend introduction must be made through, and registered with, HLP management at Kip Marina through the appropriate online application form and must be approved by HLP management.

This offer applies to boats used for private and pleasure purposes only and excludes commercial use such as hire, charter, fishing or similar vessels. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively. Existing or New Customers who are in arrears or in dispute with HLP will not qualify for this offer.

HLP reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer or it’s Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
