Gavin McDonagh - Managing Director
Gavin is the man responsible for organising and managing the Groups Policies and activities and is happy to hear from you should you have any comment on our operations and facilities.
Duncan Chalmers - General Manager
General Manager at Kip Marina, who has an intimate knowledge of all the boats and customers ever to have graced the marina! He should be able to provide you with advice on all matters marine.
Heath Gairns - Marina Master
Marina Master and responsible for your berthing he is the man to advise on terms and prices together with taking your bookings for your hoist and service requirements.
Brian Rowley - Assistant Marina Master
Assistant Marina Manager together with assisting Duncan and Heath but more yard based, he has the unenviable task of being the Health & Safety officer.
Anne & Kath
Anne Irvine and Kath McGhee will be your first contact when you step ashore or when you call. All will be able to assist with your queries or point you in the direction of those who can help.
Chandlery
Chris, Marjorie and Florence make up our Chandlery team at Kip. Their combined knowledge and experience ensures quick and efficient service for all customers in respect to any boating needs.

Service Department
Craig and Dick our Yanmar specialist engineers have completed years of training to ensure they can assist you whatever the problem. Whether you want to book your annual service or are considering a complete new installation our dedicated team are there to help.
Hoist Department
Jamie our chief hoist driver; who has been at Kip for over 25 years now; along with Ian and Jamie McKecknie, have lifted virtually all types of leisure and commercial craft so you can be assured that his vast knowledge and experience ensures your boat is in safe hands.

Plant and Maintenance Department
Johnny Miller, the longest serving team member in the marina, is the heavy plant operator. Jonah, Walter, Allan, and James our select team of experienced tradesmen are at hand for any tasks, whether its maintenance for our pontoons or a welder for alterations to cradles we have someone for everything.
Accounts Department
Hazel, Rose, Fiona and David all are keen to help with any queries that you may have on payments, invoices, bank details or your account.
Night Security
Jackie, Don, Colin, George and Jim are here throughout the night keeping a watchful eye on your boat. These guys are happy to help with any late night questions or queries you may have.
